The form reaches the people who work on these applications. A written outline produces a far better first answer than a call, because the answer depends almost entirely on which category you fit.

What to tell us first

• Whether you intend to live in Vanuatu or want a document without relocating. This single answer usually decides whether residence or citizenship is the right route.
• Your nationality and where you are currently tax resident.
• Which category looks closest: family connection, employment offer, self-funded income, VIPA investment or a property lease.
• For the self-funded route, whether your income is regular and certifiable rather than capital you hold.
• Whether the application covers a family, and the ages of any children.
• Anything adverse in your background — it will surface in character checks either way.

Not through the form

Income certifications, lease documents, passport scans and account details. All are collected later through suitable channels.

How enquiries are handled

Confidentially, and only to answer you. Nothing is sold or passed on for marketing; retention is set out in the privacy policy. An automated filter screens submissions and is occasionally wrong, so silence past a few working days deserves a second attempt.
